They say they have to have a manager to cancel, but manager not in, then that they'll send you a cancellation form, and don't. You should not have to jump through hoops to cancel a membership. ZERO STARS.

This is my second time dealing with the Clermont location. My first time was after I received a welcome to Clermont advertisement in the mail and called to try to schedule a massage and was informed they were booked at least 3 weeks out. This time I went online and scheduled a massage, had to fill out many forms and provide payment information in case I didn't show and then they sent me a text at 9:20 pm to cancel my appointment for 12:45pm the following day. I had to agree that if it was less than 24 hours before my appointment and I canceled that I would be charged for half. They better not even think about charging me or it will get ugly. I don't believe I will be attempting to use there services in the future.
