Dude, my Ex-husband and I took blankets, pillows, and everything we needed. We slept on that floating Pier like we owned the place!!! Some guy came down to fish at dawn, we woke up as soon as he started walking on the connector to the pier... He said, "It's ok, it's just me...." We believed him and went back to sleep!!! In Middle River!!!! The balls of us.... Lol We fell back asleep and woke up hours later, he was gone. We were fine!!! Lmmfao Last night, a parks officer came down and confronted me and friends, he just said, if they come down here and ask you to leave, just be respectful... I always am!!! Of course! Ya know, they close at dark. lol I go there every night! After dark. They don't mess with you unless you're loud. Wanna meet me, meet me there! lol
I guess you could if you stayed on the parking lot? It's on a public road that has houses on it so I wouldn't think it would be a problem...

Not sure, also probably depends on the officers attitude about it. Wouldn't hurt to try.
Baltimore Co Parks close @ dusk. So it's technically trespassing after dark. Leaving your car parked overnight would probably be alright, but camping out there likely is not.
On the road outside of the gates guess that would be all right but not inside the boat launch area or the parking area for Park
