We had an issue with our 75-gallon gas water heater pilot light. Since the unit was under warranty, we called the 24-hour hotline at 10 pm. A polite, courteous gentleman answered the call and scheduled an inspection for the very next morning. Meanwhile, we called our salesman Edward (who is great) and explained the problem to him. Within minutes, he got in touch with his manager, John, who dispatched a supervisor, Bruce, to do further diagnostic testing. His technicians, Mike and his helper, Ben, were sent the next day to fix the unit. The problem was taken care of and we had hot water the same day. During the whole process, the entire staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. In this day and age, when it is hard to get good service, it is extremely gratifying to have a satisfactory outcome to a serious problem. They stood behind the warranty that came with the unit. We highly recommend BGE Constellation.

Ever since the transfer from BGE to Constellation Home what s cluster. Can’t pay my bill online or get someone to answer the phone and take my money for my home service plan . Wasted well over an hour of my time today. Really? Not sure if I even want to continue with this company anymore

I have called several times with questions and have never had a representative pickup until after I have been on hold for at least 50 minutes. This is very poor customer service and very unacceptable. Either hire more employees or pick up the phone.

Our service technician, Don, was professional, friendly, and helpful! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue at hand. Since the repair (a couple of weeks ago), everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

They did a Great job on installing a new hot water heater for us. They actually have some of the best prices as well. We had three estimates and they came in the best for price and quality of the hot water heater.
Ms. Scruggs, BGE Homs is not the same company as BGE, a regulated utility. If you needed to make a payment to BGE you would need to contact the utility company for information.
Bge Home has nothing to do with a sewer line. Call utility department and have someone come Check the line if it's close to the street. Three water department might be responsible for fixing it. If it's on your property more it may be your cost.

We will install a water line and a sewer line, but we won’t service them directly. If one of those lines needs repair the utility has to get involved.
