Has this office clised? If so, does anyone know where I would go now for assistance?

The best thing to do is A~WALK-IN EARLY! They open at 8:30AM and it's on 1st come, 1st serve. Be sure to have all documents with you and be prepared to wait. BE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT! TIP 1: DO NOT DO AN ONLINE APPLICATION!!! FROM EXPERIENCE!!! The applications I have done on the website, even for other services, don't go through. I wound up having to do paper applications when I walked-in. I've done double work at least twice. Lesson learned and passing along the info. B~If it's after 12 noon, attempt to call and find out if they're assisting anymore clients for the day. If you go past 1pm, there's a high likelihood they'll be full. TIP 2: They have multiple locations. E. Chase Street; Be sure to watch the parking signs. Permit parking is around the building and metered parking is not far. The parking lot I was told is reserved. I was lucky enough to not get towed as I parked there three of the days I went (online application issue) and wasn't told until my last trip there.
