I haven't tried their menudo yet. However, I'm from Arizona, and this is probably the best authentic Mexican food hands down. It's made right in front of you. It reminds me a lot of a family I knew in Tucson who made all their food from scratch.
Haven't tried since I don't eat pork but I wouldn't doubt that it will satisfy your craving.
They have lots of great caldo, changes regularly
