Current resident but will not stay long. No security. Food awful. Not Even basic first aid if you fall. No assistance. They charged 2000 non refundable to quote "join" the community.

My mother is in a different senior facility down the street. I have been to Augustine Landing two or three times over the years trying to get my mother to move there. I find it to be clean the people that work there or responsive to your needs and the cost is equivalent or less than what my mother's paying. The problem there you're dealing with a senior that doesn't want to move and change your environment. But I'll still try and I recommend Augustine Landing.

The food they're serving is not what we we're told our loved one would be getting. They cannot keep a cook and if you complain they blame it on corporate. Don't put your loved one here.

Know a person who lived there... he said it was a horrible place and where we are is much better... which is sad because this place is Horrible. ( he moved to Wyndham lakes senior community)
