Are small pets allowed in market if u have a pet carrier

I am a Baltimorean, and the answer is no, for pure experience of the market, so it for your pet.

I used to work in the market and I've never seen a dog unless it was a service dog in the market, I wouldn't chance it.

I don't see a problem with it long as pets inside a carrier
