Hi, someone know how much for something with only one room?
they do. sadly, like the rest of this dumb county (and most apt complexes), they have breed restrictions. they're a pet fee up front and monthly rent for pets. i pay $30/mo for my cat (dogs may be more). it's a great place to live!!!!
