Just moved in last month. I always choose the top floor to avoid hearing my neighbors or people around me period. And unfortunately I can hear everything here. It’s so crazy. This morning my neighbor decided to make beats by banging on the counter at 6am! I love my place besides that I’m just sick of hearing the music. The arguments the walls are thin like paper which is so surprising for the amount we pay in rent. But hey I guess I should’ve did my homework about the noise levels before moving in. So sad because everybody is so sweet in the rental office and the community.

Second time around. No application no tour. Even when I request a tour. My rent will cost me 5,012.00 if I rent in September. All I got was advice. Thumbs down.....

Lived here since 2019. These apartments are very nice and the building I live in is pretty quiet which is a plus. Front office is very friendly and the maintenance response is very good. The grounds are kept very well. Only thing missing here is reserved parking.

I had an appointment last week May 14th at 4pm. I called May 13th to confirm. I received a call May 14 at 11am to confirm that I was still coming. I stated yes. I got to the place 3:55pm and saw that they were closed for the weekend. I live in Pennsylvania and I'm looking to move to Bowie, MD. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. Very unprofessional. The place looks nice according to Google images but I will not be looking to move here because of the lack of professionalism to future tenets time.

We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Our landscaping company comes out every Thursday/Friday (weather permitting) and we do, however, work closely with the landscaping company to pass on any and all issues or additional items that need to be addressed.
