How can I get redeemed for a messed up order?
When I got back to my hotel I realized that items were missing.
Called the store, and every option placed me on hold.
When I finally got an answer it was a call center...smh

I would say hold on to your receipt and contact Corporate via email & send a copy of it. Be very detailed about your disappointment, unprofessional behavior and the inconvenience
