Pricing is what you could reasonably expect from a custom shop-pricey, but not crazy for the quality of work you're going to get. All of the artists are really, really talented and they cover many different styles between them. They are much sought after and do amazing cover-up work also. They have done 4 of my tattoos thus far ( different artist each time) and I don't feel the slightest urge to go to anyone else. You may have to go to the shop to get a price for work, as they will certainly want to see what they're dealing with.
I doubt the tap out but I'm not sure. They are reasonable for the work you get, all artists are extremely talented and do custom work so you're paying a bit more than an every day shop. They are appointment only, and well sought after. Their books are not open all the time, each artist opens at different times and will accept requests during that time only.
