It's not the factory it's the person who makes the sandwiches.. it's portillo's all over Illinois and I've never had had problem. Go back to the factory. Lol for what Portillos is the best. I'm not saying don't go, just make sure your sandwiches have meat
No if you want to gripe at someone for that then gripe all the way back to the factory. Wich produces the meat. I know I used to work at that Portillos .
