Thank you for your question! For our field staff, case availability is all a matter of being available for the assignment at the right time. When we have a client whom requires "evening shift" service we staff the case with an aide that is in good standing with the agency, compliant to work, within a certain distance from the client (to eliminate lateness concerns), and has expressed interest in this particular time shift. We have plenty of aides that are currently working with patients in the evening and overnight. Thank you again for your question -- I hope you found this answer helpful.
