I am mid 60's and active. As with all things, once in a while I get hurt. I have come to depend on good chiropractic care as a first line of healing. Ormond Family Chiropractic has been an important part of our lives since moving to the area 6 years ago. Good care, good people.
No, chiropractors usually don't use medication on our patients because we rely on the body's natural recuperative powers. Our methods have analgesic effects without the side effects of drugs; however, if the problem is out of our scope, we can refer you to another health care professional.
We do not prescribe medication. Chiropractic in itself will be very helpful and not cover up the problem like medication does. We want to heal you and give you a better quality of life not have you depend on a pill to get through each day.
