In most states it 18 unless your parent or guardian signs. Also, as far as I know. Piercing Pagoda's does NOT do nose piercings, only ears.
Under a certain age you may need parental permission, but I don't think there is a minimum age
I dont think there is a certain age you have to be to get a nose peircing
