I dislike calling this Publix pharmacy on Courtenay. Twice I've call, and both times was treated very rudely. In person, no difference. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Walmart Pharmacy on Merritt Island has better customer service. Each Publix technician I've dealt with on Courtenay has been short and condescending. It is clear to me, in no uncertain terms, that I am a PITA to them. My guess is that they hate their jobs and are taking it out on the pharmacy customer.

Margie the pharmacy technician should retire as she doesn't know how to read a prescription. She was very rude and condescending to me when I corrected her. The first time I used Publix to fill my Rx I thought she was just having a bad day. But after my second visit, I realized that she is a very unhappy person who dislikes her job and interacting with people. Good-bye North Merritt Island Publix.
