I talk to management daily. There is a processes to get things fixed and it take a long time because they have to follow legal rules. They are on site and always answer the phone. There are overhead flying sakes my house.
Not so much at all. You will hear helicopters now and then. As far as the management...my.mom.lives there for about 5 years now (I am there all the time) but Its not my place to comment since i dont live there 😉
