i am retired and can come any day and time. what day of the week is best? What weather is best? I prefer to come when you are not crowded. When is that?

Week days are good for it being less crowded. Best experience will be on a clear day with minimal wind.

During the weeks days is less crowded.

And everyone is really friendly. There is a playground for the children.
