Yes meetings are men and woman unless the meeting says otherwise.
Most of the meetings here are open to both men and women. There is a women's only meeting held on Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held 7 days a week at 8:00 a.m., noon, 5:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 10 o'clock p.m..
