My son become a recent patient here, we love our doctor (Berger)! The staff specifically Georgia is extremely rude and condescending. While speaking to her on the phone to reschedule my son's visit as soon as I gave her our last name, she became more aggressive. I have called several times to speak to their office manager, Priscilla to no avail. I will continue to call until I speak with someone regarding Georgia’s unnecessary hostility towards my family and me. It has been a while since I have had to deal with such horrible customer service. Hence, the reason I am writing this review and perplexed on how someone can get away with treating ailing and paying patients and still has a job. As a business (especially healthcare) Georgia is not the individual you want to be public facing, left a horrible impression on us! Be warned!!!

Wife and I both went in today for an office call. We normally see Dr. Loung. In order to work us in on a short notice we were able to be seen by PA-C Sydney Berger. Our experience with her was excellent . Sydney is extremely professional, thorough & personable. She is very friendly and her manor is warm and welcoming. She diagnosed us both with sinus infections and prescribed antibiotics and had shots administered by her assistants. As you can ascertain we are very pleased with our visit to AZ Family Geriatric Medicine. We always receive excellent care. We highly recommend this facility and Sydney Berger, PA-C

I really love this clinic. It’s a gem I’m glad I ran across years ago. I see Pricilla and let me say she is outstanding! She listens and takes time to understand my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is excellent. All my referrals love this clinic and also highly recommend it. Not once have I had a bad experience.
