My mother had knee-replacement surgery about11 1/2 years ago& immediately had severe pain& couldn't hardly walk. What would the statue of limitations on that be? She just found out last year that it was done improperly.

It depends on the situation the statue of limitation can be shorter or longer on different cases..the best thing you could do is call and ask them they will have the answers to any questions you have and they will treat you with respect and help you any way possible...
