Outside of your first donation, only If you lapse for six months you are required to bring in address verification. (Non-expired State issued ID, mail w/ postage stamped in last 30 days, or non-expired lease). They have the ability to ask for proof at any time for any reason.
Not if your verifications were approved and you completed your entire new donor process. If you've been gone for say 4 - 6 months, then you'll probably have to bring in all new documentation as tho you are a new donor again.
