If they never answer the phone, how are they putting you on hold for 30min
Yes I understand about the phone's and we are working on it, but when there is ONLY a couple people up front and we have a long line it's hard to get to the phone.
Because you don't have to answer a phone to put someone on hold it's just a press of a button
That is the exact attitude of the employees in the other answer. Very cocky, in a passive-aggressive way. They install a big zipper on your mouth upon entry.
