They stock up on them around Christmas time but you might want to check back in May when they know kids are outside playing.
Dude, they're a department store, not a toy store. They've got a lot of other priorities too.

It's very curious that Walmart does a poor job stocking it's shelves with toys...with TRU out of commission you would think they would have filled in that gap...
