For the miniature golf, not really with all the steps there...sorry but it's definitely fun there.
Some of the place may be but the actual mini golf I dont think would be able to use ighter one as there are bunch of stairs and obstacles

No, unfortunately. There are a lot of stairs.
The live alligators and bathrooms can be easily accessed for handicap or stroller without having to pay for anything but the course does have a lot of steps. Some of which are made of rock and uneven. I wouldn't recommend it if that's the case.
