Wish we would have been using Liquid Lawn sooner. We cancelled our previous lawn service after a ridiculous price increase. The difference in my lawn between Liquid Lawn and my previous service is unbelievable. The lawn is green, lush, no weeds and dead looking areas are gone. Whatever they are spraying is Liquid Gold for your lawn. They also have the best price in the area. You need not look any further for a professional 5 star lawn service.

Buyer beware! Company does not honor their service guarantee. Upon hiring this company, I learned that they guarantee a weed free, pest free, lush lawn. I was also told to “give it time” before I consider complaining. So I did. Come spring, we’re not happy. Our lawn looks terrible, has weeds, and bugs. I inquired about a refund for their unsatisfactory work and was told I’m not eligible for any refund, weeds *are* to be expected because “this is Florida—“ but I’m free to continue using their services as is.. Since my complaint, management swiftly changed the verbiage on their website to more closely align with promises they can actually uphold. Perhaps in a failed attempt to deter BBB and AMEX. Lesson learned Liquid Lawn: don’t open in FL until you’re ready. Stay away from this company. Shady management and mediocre services at best.

Questions & Answers

do you have to spray lawn every other month or every three months

Ronald Speidel | Sep 14, 2022
Liquid Lawn | Sep 14, 2022

We spray every 6 weeks. The soil just doesn't hold nutrients very long and we have had better success with every 6 weeks.

I have 3 different types of grass in my yard. Can you help me?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

Absolutely, typically we have a broad spectrum weed control that is safe for all grasses. Difficult to control weeds are typically taken care of with spot treatments.

What if it rains after my grass is sprayed?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

Fertilizers and preemergent herbicides need to be watered into the soil to be effective. If we do not receive any rainfall within a few days of a treatment please water the lawn with at least a 1/4" of water.

Is one visit all my lawn needs?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

We're sorry to say that one visit will not make a huge difference in the appearance of the lawn. We do not want to waste your time nor money. Weed control and fertilization are needed year after year.

What should I expect to see after my first treatment?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

Selective herbicides take time. Please allow 14 days to begin seeing results. Not all weeds will die after 1 treatment. The process takes time.

What services do you offer?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

We offer fertilizer and weed control, fungicide and insecticide treatments, mosquito control, home pest control, and tree and shrub health programs

Do you treat fungus?

Rick Wallace | Dec 2, 2021
Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

Yes we have a lawn plan that specifically addresses disease and insects that are commonly found in Floratam.

Liquid Lawn | Dec 2, 2021

It typically take a 2-3 treatments over a period of 3 months to start getting your lawn back in shape.
