Hi Teresa! Avance Care does have X-ray machines. Currently, the Clayton office does not have one on-site. However, our neighbor Avance Care offices in Garner and Cary do! Please feel free to call the Garner location at 919-803-2285 or the Cary office at 919-803-3707. Thank you!
