Good morning I find it amazing that I took a 8.7 mile drive to Michael's in Holly Springs and was disappointed in there inventory and lack of employee knowledge of common craft items tracing paper (in a roll) only pad wow and vinyl fabric material?

Like most businesses they hire anyone with a pulse, these days everyone is doing that and the customer service goes out window.

I had a similar issue. I called on the phone and asked about cricuit shirts. The young lady on the phone said they don't carry them. I said I bought some on Sunday. She said well we don't have them. I said they're located with the circuit machines she said oh okay. She checked and they had what I was looking for. Needless to say, I didn't go because of the service.
