The black iPhone 11 I bought last Thursday August 18 I still can’t get it on normal to use it I need to talk to someone that can tell me how to get it hooked up right cause I need my cell phone so much when I go to the doctor and to Therapy

I would take it back to the department you purchased it from and have them check it out, and if they can't repair it, then ask for another phone or your refund, then go to a Phone Sales Dealer where they will do everything right there on site for you.

Go to customer services with the phone and receipt they will get someone to resolve the problem
