My wife and I when we go for dinner, usually go right around 4 when they start serving their dinner entrees. We love Gracie's!!!
I have only been there for breakfast, however the place is pretty outstanding. They seem to be very crowded during meal hour times, so I would pick a time and either earlier or later than normal dinner an hour. Make sure to try their bacon sampler while you're there.
