The receptionist and nurses are wonderful, they were able to squeeze me in on very short notice and offered help when insurance wouldn’t cover my prescription. However, the PA/Drs or who ever it is that is supposed to follow up is terrible. My appt was in early July so the office was closed a few days for 4th of July- i tried calling multiple times but either was on hold (once for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer) or left messages that were unanswered. I finally got someone to pick up to explain that the RX was sent back to them by my pharmacy bc it was covered and was waiting for the practitioner to supply an alternative RX and also to check on my lab results- the girl who answered advised that labs weren’t back yet which was fine and gave me the option to come in to pick up the RX from them which I appreciated but my schedule has not allowed me to do so. It’s not over a month since my appt and I still have not heard anything from the dr regarding any of the 3 tests they ordered or about an alternative RX. If it weren’t for the front desk staff this place would be a nightmare. ***in response to their reply- they never told me there were no other alternative to the medication prescribed. A quick google search would indicate that there are alternative to this medication, no they wouldn’t be quick but they would at least do something at some point. Secondly I was offered to pick up some of the medication from them but again haven’t been able to and this is not a long term solution. I was told I would be called with lab results, this never happened- to say they are on the patient portal is the laziest way to possible to deal with a patient , am I supposed to know what the results mean? And I was NEVER told to schedule a follow up bc again they were going to call with results. Get a grip. The truth is the dr dropped the ball, own up to it bc based on other reviews this is not a first and if you want to know the whole truth when I called about the lack of response the girl who answered told me in a hushed tone they were hiring a new practitioner as if they have been having issues with the one I saw... so seems like they’re trying to save face

I'm happy with the results from my visit! Wasn't to sure about the office at first, but I'm pleased with my skin clearing up and looking alot better!
