I’m sorry to hear that you were treated very horribly. I didn’t have that experience but a lady in front of me once was unhappy on how they did her daughters nails. I always bring pictures if I want anything special done too my nails. And ask the nail tech if they can do a design if thats what your referring to. As I’ve mentioned before it depends on individual’s experience.
