How t put it...... One of the worst companies to work for. I worked on the mortgage side and the manager "Temika" has the absolute worst leadership ability. She doesn't lead by example. She couldn't lead ants to sugar. It do as I say not as I do..... The training is subpar at best. A very dysfunctional company. There way too many lawsuits. Retention is about 7%. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

It's all based on exp and this job is like any job it's what you make of it I bring home good bonus checks on top of my pay I've been with the company for 2 years The hours are flexible they have several different work schedules as,long as you come to work do your job and don't miss alot or come in late you'll be fine plus you can do schedule changes if you have things to do with kids as long as you have a 48 hour notice I like it
Don't. Just don't. Management and HR are not trustworthy.
