Recently applied for an apartment at Snyder Village Apartments and the staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. We were told that you have to make at least 50,000 dollars a year or have a guarantor co-sign if the income is not met. When we submitted the paperwork we were not told that you also should have credit and they never disclosed that the credit check background determination is final and non-negotiable. Ultimately, we were denied because one of the applicants has zero credit (which means they have zero debt and owe no money). Patrick was also unwilling to consider the guarantor that was offered prior to processing the application and he quickly became cruel offering no assistance once their hypothetical 3rd party system determined us a credit risk! Without ever looking at a credit history! I have never dealt with such poor customer service and I find it extremely devastating to treat people with so much disrespect. Especially when I was overly communicative about my circumstances. They should do better and be better!

Affordable prices, friendly staff, including both office and maintenance, and the management is flexible and quick to respond. Area is friendly, safe, and has a 7/11, pharmacy, and Chinese restaurant is within walking distance. Would recommend.

Awful apartment with awful management. I lived here for 3 years and I'm so glad I'm out. The walls so paper thin I could hear my neighbor screaming at his TV. Those same neighbors repeatedly call the cops for noise complaints when its just me and my fiance making no noise. The basement is always flooded with sewage, saw mice in there as well. Cockroaches upstairs through neighboring apartments. This was a nightmare. Pick somewhere else with better sqft, management and thicker walls. You will thank yourself later.

I lived at these apartments for two years and only had positive experiences. The management/office staff was very accommodating and would get back to me on any inquires I had very quickly. Maintenance was always on top of any needs such as mowing/trimming bushes as well as keeping the sidewalks and parking lots plowed during the winter. While the building was older the unit I lived in was well maintained with newer appliances, windows and AC that never had any issues in keeping the unit cool in the summer. Great location being only 5 minutes from the village of Williamsville and 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. My neighbors were all nice and friendly and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood to walk through. The only thing I might suggest is a exhaust fan in the kitchen and another recycling dumpster (there are many for garbage, but only one for recycling). Overall, I really enjoyed my time living here.

Yes they do! They have a breed restriction, a pet deposit, and monthly fee. If you call their office they can tell you the specifics!
