I agree with Mr Hamm. Yes they do basic maintenance. However, they do get a lil pricey. If you have any kind of mechanical inclination at all, you can YouTube/google how to & do it yourself for a fraction of the price.
Yes but be informed. don't commit to expensive repairs till ypu canvass other shops.
They told me one time that my tie rods need to be replace i didn't trust the so ask my Normal mechanic and he said that they don't need to be replaced for another 7 years. They just wanted my parts.

Theyre known for overselling unneeded preventive maintenance. 100 bucks for a "power steering flush" which involved siphoning out a pint of fluid and adding a 3 dollar pint of fluid...totally DIY for about 3-4 bucks.
