I havent experienced that issue, but I would contact them and tell them to stop sending those.

Totally don't know James. Might wan to reach out to their home office. Did you use your phone to pay? That may be part of the fine print you agreed to when you signed up for the service. But you really aren't giving a lot of details on how this question came about.
