This is the 2nd time we’ve been here. Each time we had an appointment. They said barber is running a few minutes behind. We end up waiting almost an hour past our scheduled appointment. Once you prepay your pretty much stuck here. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait almost an hour past your scheduled appointment. They need to do better with there time management and respect people time. Especially when your paying $30 for a kids cut ages 7 and 9 .

Worse haircut ever. It's looks really cheap. I could have done this s*** myself. The so-called barber was speaking so low and soft I had to keeping asking him to repeat himself. The cut looks very amateurish. And I paid $30 for it.

It should be called No Skills instead. I wish I could give it zero stars. The fact that Otis really let my son leave his chair looking like this is ridiculous. I wasn’t there during the cut otherwise it would’ve been addressed as it was happening. The front of his hairline isn’t any better. I can’t even believe how bad this looks. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.
