Well, I think it depends on where she got the Ford and how much she owes on it. If she doesn't owe the finance company more than the vehicle is worth, they might be able to help her. Best to go in with all the paperwork and see what can be done. I worked with Mailene DeJesus. She was very helpful and went the extra mile for me. I would recommend asking for her

CarMax sold me a 2015 Ford Fusion earlier this year (2018) and said there was no recall. I looked the vex# up recently and there was a RECALL!
