The parking is free at 7th Street Station garage if shopping in the market or eating at the restaurants attached. They will validate for 90 minutes you just have to ask when you make your purchase.
No and Friday thru Sunday parking is 10 if you park in garage.
Other than walking there i have parked at a meter before. The cool thing there is you can download the app so you can add time to your parking meter without having to back to the car to feed the meter.
No free parking, but plenty of for fee rather expensive choices. Tram stop is right at the market too.
