There is a biking part behind the main park that has bike trails. If you go a little further down the road from the riverside part the entrance is just about right across the road from the recycling bins parking lot.
I have not seen any bike trails and you can ride on pavement and cross the road to the recycling part for a few more length
No walking trail you can ride on pavement 1 mile at most
