They do great work and back it.
I'd just call they usually always pick up and helped out right away
Don't know about the email thing but calling them is hard to get an answer cause they are always in the back working I would suggest you just go up to the shop with your questions
My boyfriend uses them and we took both cars up there about 2 weeks a go for service. They were serviced the same day and we picked them up later in the day.
