I love stride staffing and they been trying their best but it’s been kinda difficult for them including for me since some of their clients (businesses they been trying to hook me up with) have been way too picky **They kept rejecting me due to how they wanted MORE experiences** lots of businesses I’ve noticed recently from doing research to see what’s going on are now only wanting people with MORE experiences like 3+ Yr experience instead of 1 yr or 2 yrs which is ridiculous coming from the clients only since people are desperate for jobs due to inflation rising, If you have less than 3 yr experiences your not gonna get lucky here since their clients are very picky which isn’t stride staffings fault at all it’s the clients (businesses) fault for being too picky with which temps they want working for them, People who have left good reviews is because They definitely had more years of experiences and the ones who left not so good reviews talking about how this place couldn’t find them a job is because they had less experiences (less than 3 yrs) which like I said strides clients are being very very picky and it also depends how many clients they have out there available of what your looking for in a job, The 1 star isn’t towards stride staffing at all it’s just towards their clients only for being too picky, In my opinion I think stride shouldn’t be helping picky businesses because if businesses are gonna be very picky like that then the picky businesses are better off somewhere else doing it themselves so that way people who have 2 yrs or 1 yr experiences have a high chance of getting a job from here with clients That are NOT picky but not sure if that will even be possible though but that would be very lovely if that was even possible, I’ve pretty much decided to not place any high hopes on this place looking for jobs myself anyway outside of the stride company because I’m not gonna waste my time on picky clients since I’m desperate myself as time is ticking for me towards an emergency situation that’s been happening in my life, IF I find a job outside of stride IF it even happens to me then I plan on calling stride immediately to let them know.
