When are they gonna get a different manager? The one they have now is very disappointing.they dont have the right change,bags to put our goods in when checking out. And the shelves are alot bare more since they got the new manger.

Yeah. There is attitude between manager and customers for somewhat reason. That is why 99 cents only store tries keeping their business continually by following customers expectation. Separating from 99 cents store tries to keep business continually, manager just happen to leave job. It is a normal to see how children and people leave like this in any 99 cents store. Some managers are paitence and some managers are impatience to clean up any 99 cents store.
