It used to be hit and miss but, the past two years everything we, or others have purchased is junk and totally unusable. Especially toddler and baby toys-don’t bother. I gave them another chance recently for a baby item and the item was missing pieces which was not described in description (should be) and they gave me a credit instead of a refund.I tried again recently and emailed twice about the status of the baby item and one person said it had all the items and the other person said something was missing . I was fine with that since it was not needed. However, when I pulled up to pick up my item, they told me they don’t know what happened but it’s not there-he didn’t know if it was given to someone else or a new person may have done so . He said he would refund me. He came back out and said I purchased it with a credit and I explained it’s a credit from the same item that was missing parts that I got previously and returned so he said since he was nice he would just refund me…The employee was nice but why did they waste my time? They couldn’t check prior? Email me? I won’t be going back. Any of the toys family have purchased from are missing pieces and not able to function fully. They need to work on their communication and professionalism. I get it’s an auction, but it’s really not that difficult to describe the items word for word so people know what they are buying. i know I know-there is a disclaimer but they say you can email them . There is another auction place here locally that actually describes each item and doesn’t try to take your hard earned $$$$. With how inflation is currently, I wouldn’t waste my money. Just buy the item on sale or full price. Especially when it comes to baby items, toys and home furniture.

Bakersfield public auction is the one of the most best auctions I've ever experienced in my life and I've experienced a lot of them over time with the customer service is great the products they sell a great and even if you have an issue with one of the products that you get at the auction it's not a problem you can take it right back and they give you a Grace. To do so most places don't Bakersfield public auction is the most to say the least I'll say they are the best

My husband and I have an exercise bike and an office chair that are in mint condition, from the Bakersfield Auction! They open their doors on Friday for a preview of the items they'll auction off on Saturday. It is always a good idea to see the items you may bid on before hand.

They don't sell cars, they sell things like Electronics, Beds, Bedding, Baby Items, Tools, Vacuums, Legos & Toys (Mostly New, Slightly Used or Sometimes Damaged or Broken).

Next auction date is Saturday for live auction and Sunday for Online auctions. Extreme warning!! You must go and review any items you wish to bid on on Fridays. They get a lot of return items that are missing parts and are broken and once you bid on an item and win it you are stuck with it no returns. You can get some great deals if you check the items out first before you bid. Take my advice DONT BID IN THE BLIND!! ALWAYS CHECK THE ITEMS BEFORE YOU BID!! OR you may regret spending good money on broken items
Call them and see if they have put it back into stock. It can be likely that you may still be able to pick it up tomorrow
