It is a real place. It's owned and maintained by the City of Porterville. Interesting fact, the land was donated by the Zalud family and their family home is now a museum.
Yes the city of Porterville does.. It's a small park there's a basketball court a tennis court baseball dimond and a bigger kids area, one bathroom ..
