I mean you can just don't let the cops see you do it , they roll on dirt bikes mostly in the summer tho and as long as whatever you take like the trash just pack it up and throw it away at the trash can thats at the top of the hill plus the regulars won't tolerate it so be responsible,respectful and you will be cool
