Nope. I go there every other week and I guess been lucky enough to have them very friendly and helpful. Sorry your experience isnt the same. Why not bring it up to the manager. As one myself. I know I dont see/hear everything all the time and when I am notified of problems they can be fixed.

No. I have had pretty good experiences there. Even when something was wrong they went out of their way to fix it. Hope the boss takes care of it.
