I recently purchased a Jeep here. Drove it home and check engine light came on. Brought it back, day later they said it was ready, drove back down started diving home, check engine light again. Bought it with no gas during the test drive, they said they would put gas in it, put less than a quarter tank because they knew it had an issue with pumping fuel. The nozzle clicks over and over like it’s full. They knew this and still sold me it. Still waiting 3 days later for them to tell me the vehicle is ready. Poor customer service and poor business practices ***update, drove back to pick it up for the 3rd time. This time working directly with the owner Baltzar. He didn’t like my first review and used that against me during a phone call with him. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, jeep was down from 3/4 tank of gas to 1/2 and 2 coils replaced at this point. Soon as we turned it on, check engine light came on. Talked with the owner and thankfully I bought the “warranty”. Taking it to a Jeep dealership, hopefully they can figure out the problem. Pretty disappointed in this place and highly advise against buying a car from this place.

Terrible place to purchase a car go somewhere else , this place did not only try and rob me from my money for some made fees , after I purchased my car this Richard excuse of a dealership called me saying “ hey we have your plates , but it’s an additional $400 “when in fact on my contract it stated “ $300 for dmv fees and charges “ so of course I argued with them about it , and did a couple google searched ; and in California there is a law to protect us buyers “ stating ( The vehicles in the position of the dealership must be tags up to date and fees much be covered by dealer ) not exactly but you get the idea . situation number two : 2 years later I traded the car and now I’m trying to get a refund On my gap and warranty, not only does this dealership not wanna cooperate they refuse to even submit a form to there gap and warranty provider , I’ve called multiple times and they keep giving me the same bogus answer “ we’ll get a hold of them tomorrow “ or “ I don’t know what form you’re talking about “ . Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else .
