I have had a bad experience at the Panda in Los Banos. Haven't really been here but going today, BUT, here's a thought for Atwater: Go try Chinese Kitchen OR Jeff's Cuisine. The Kitchen charges close to $10.00 but the styrofoam brimming over with food, Jeff's under $8.00 for filipino food OR go to the China Buffet on Broadway. I've always had good experience, plenty of food.

You definitely do not get your moneys worth here. I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and got 4 pieces. I spent about $50 for my family of 4 to eat here and all the plates were skimpy. Such a rip off.

The main doors off the parking lot are locked for some reason. I yanked on them and figured out they were locked. I thought they were doing drive-thru only. A nice person saw me going back to my car and directed me to the doors on the side of the building, as they were open. A sign on the closed doors pointing to the other doors would have been good.

No matter what time of the day I come here, I’m always waiting for the food to be cooked.
