Yea you can ride all the adult rides in one day
Flash pass increase your chances to ride most of the rides.
I actually tried this a few times and haven't been successful with just adult rides. This has been on busy days and not so busy days. Its not likely. But, you'll have fun trying it.
You could always purchase a Flash Pass just to be on the safe side. The gold, and platinum levels GREATLY reduce you wait time making it possible to ride all the rides in the park in one day, and gives you enough time to re-ride anything you may want to ride multiple times.
